My philosophy has always been to represent individuals in the manner in which I would hope to be represented, were the roles reversed. In order to assess the extent of services that may be required or advisable and to provide clients with the best estimate possible before services begin, my practice is to offer an initial consultation at no charge. Fees are then generally based on my established rate of $300 per hour, except in estate and business planning matters, which are generally charged on a flat fee basis depending on the complexity of the issues and the extent of services.
